Good news! This is one of those games which is plenty unpolished, a bit buggy... flawed in many ways. But so much fun to play. I don't recommend it, but love playing it... with the right support it could be great.
I got into Halo when the only option was to change the colour of your master chief spartan. It was a blast then, it's a blast now.
Awww, did you get all grown up and not like things no more?
Suffering, not money, it's free armour. It took me about 2 hours of playing to unlock.
The microtransactions are mixed. The battlepass has some good content if you're into the Reach characters, if not I would say there is nothing for you there.
Outside of that there are a bunch of skins you can buy if you're into that kind of thing. They seem to be all tied to E-Sports teams, I guess some people buy them like you would a sports team jersey.. I don't follow it so had no incentive to purchase.
I did pick up the battlepass as a f...
Even if that was the case, why is that an issue?
Motorstorm was a great game with loads of potential to evolve on todays hardware.
Nah, I get Lovespuds point and agree with elements of it. If they really wanted to make an impact. Remove Activision games from their storefronts. That would send a real message.
I am not too bothered for VR myself, but I 2nd the notion to bring it back. Loved the game, was my first one I got with the PS3 and have many fond memories.
PC has become a lot easier and closer to consoles... But when you get a problem or issue with a game (which happens on occasion), it is waaaaay more of a headache to resolve. It could be something odd, like suddenly your audio drivers aren't compatible, I have had to deal with all sorts.
I just picked it up on the sale on Friday. Yet to start but looking forward to the grind.
I'm playing it 1440p ultrawide on just high setting on a 3060ti. To me it looks great. Perhaps I am the minority. I would say other games are "technically" nicer looking. But this has nailed Halo for me and plays like a dream. I am not wishing for more... at least in terms of the MP that has released.
Demon Souls is £43.39 here ($58.45) on sale :( I wish it was under £30 like yours.
*cries into his digital Ps5*
Demon Souls and Returnal! Right on, my patience may have paid off.
You're both correct. But that's not my complaint... mine is about the way you progress being locked behind challenges. You receive no experience from playing. So you could have a blinding match where you kill 20+ people, nail out overkills all kind of stuff. But because you didn't get a kill with (x) weapon (which is sometimes not even on the map) you don't get any experience.
I have sunk about 6 hours in so far and am level 3. It goes to 100... and typ...
Playing Halo on PC and loving it. The battlepass is atrocious though... Although I would be surprised if they didn't make changes there. Nobody will be even halfway through before Season 2 drops... so no reason to keep spending that money,
I enjoyed it a lot. Plays like a 12 hour Dark Souls, easier though once you get the hardening down. For a small development studio they did a cracking job of it.
Agreed, I would have never picked up an xbox had this not been on it. I played this at a friends house and was immediately hooked.
I think there is fair argument that the years of German economic depression set forth from the "peace terms" of WW1 were a catalyst for such people to talk their way into power.
Hopefully the world has truly learned from it all.
Yeah, I am playing PC but playing with controller. M&K seems to a disadvantage for Halo in my experience.
